This heater is probably the best outdoor gear investment I have made! There were some reviews warning you that it takes a while for gasification start, and while it may be true, if you build the focus properly in the can, it starts in about 30 seconds after turning on gasification. It's really neat to see a jet model from your stove. I had boiling water (~ 1qt) in a couple of minutes. There is no boiling jets, but I was feeding it with paper and pine cones. about fuel: paper
